About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee landscaping projects from start to finish while working alongside your crew.

From school playgrounds and community spaces to premium residential builds, you’ll take ownership of delivering quality outcomes, managing your team, and keeping projects moving safely and efficiently.

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading and mentoring apprentices and landscapers on site
Running projects day-to-day from commencement through to completion
Managing workflow, timelines and quality standards
Reading and delivering landscape plans accurately
Coordinating site activities and keeping projects on track
Working across both hard and soft landscaping including:

• Retaining walls
• Paving & concreting
• Decking and structures
• Turfing and planting
• Irrigation systems
• Playground installations

What You Bring

4+ years’ Leading Hand landscaping construction experience
Strong practical knowledge across hard and soft landscaping
Confidence leading and mentoring a small crew
White Card & Driver’s Licence
Excavator and Bobcat/Skid Steer tickets highly regarded
Strong communication and time management
Reliability, initiative and pride in quality workmanship
