About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic 2-Pak Spray Painter/French Polisher with experience in applying coatings to kitchen components or automotive parts. In this role, you will work closely with and support the Production Supervisor to ensure high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Apply 2-Pak coatings to MDF/timber components
✅ Produce high-quality finishes using spray painting techniques
✅ Apply various finishes, including Matt, Satin, Semi-Gloss, and Gloss
✅ Ensure proper mixing ratios for 2-Pak paint preparation
✅ Sanding and clearing of timber/veneer panels
✅ Staining & clearing of timber/veneer panels
✅ Maintain equipment and keep workspaces clean
✅ Assist with other duties as required

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in 2-Pak spray painting (automotive painters encouraged to apply)

• Strong attention to detail in preparation, mixing, and finishing

• Ability to work efficiently and meet production targets

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workload

• Ability to take initiative and problem-solve
