Morrissey & Co Cattle Equipment is a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer of quality cattle handling equipment. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Boilermaker to join our team.

About the Role

Working as part of our fabrication team, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling a range of cattle handling equipment to a high standard. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys working in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabrication and welding of steel components and assemblies

• Reading and interpreting workshop drawings

• Operating fabrication equipment and machinery safely

• Maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail

• Working efficiently to meet production schedules

• Contributing to a safe and productive workplace

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Trade qualification as a Boilermaker/Fabricator

• Proven experience in fabrication and welding

• Strong MIG welding skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Excellent attention to detail and workmanship

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable work ethic and positive attitude

• Commitment to workplace health and safety
