About Us:

A J Stock has been established for over 125 years and is recognized as an industry leader in transport engineering and truck body building.                                                                                                                                                                               
We currently have a permanent position available for an experienced and competent all-round fabricator ideally with some TIG and sheet metal experience to work in our engineering division
 
To be considered for this position, you will need to meet the following criteria: -

· Relevant skills or qualifications in boiler making or fabrication with a minimum 1 year post-trade experience
· MIG welding & fabrication to a high standard
· Experience in TIG welding of aluminium and stainless steel would be an advantage 
· Experience in truck body building would be useful but not required  
· Team player, motivated self-starter with a can-do, hands-on approach
· A genuine commitment to safety
· Excellent communication skills 
· Have a high level of pride in workmanship and attention to detail
· Stable work history
· Strong technical ability with the ability to problem solve, read drawings, and show initiative
· Forklift license is preferable

Remuneration will be based on previous experience in a similar role and will offer minimum 38hours work per week (Monday-Friday).
