Plumber Project Manager (Sunshine Coast)

Live Services Group is looking for an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to join our growing team and oversee residential and commercial plumbing projects throughout Queensland.

This is a hands-on management role suited to a qualified plumbing professional who can effectively coordinate projects, manage trades and subcontractors, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a similar role; experience in domestic service and project management advantageous.

• Familiarity with SimPRO beneficial but not required.

• Current QLD plumbing work license and manual driver’s license.

• Strong understanding of Australian plumbing standards, codes, and industry best practices.

• Independent and team-oriented, with strong documentation skills.

• Skilled in customer service, communication, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks.

• Proven capability in building and maintaining client and contractor relationships.

• Demonstrated experience managing residential and/or commercial plumbing projects.

• Experience in General Plumbing supervising or management beneficial but not necessary

• Experience within the insurance industry beneficial but not essential.

Role Requirements:

• Flexibility with scheduling and availability for on-call roster every 7-8 weeks.

• Oversee trade schedules, bookings, stock orders, and project planning through to handover.

• Manage financial aspects, project resources, and ensure timely, budgeted project completion.

• Communicate effectively with team members, builders, and customers, ensuring top-tier service and compliance.
