The Role

This is a hands-on carpentry role — but it's also a platform. For the right person, there is a clear path into a senior leadership position as the business continues to grow. We're not just hiring a carpenter, we're looking for someone who has the potential to help lead our team into the future.

Day to day you'll be working with your tools while supervising a team of carpenters and subcontractors across premium architectural projects.

• Architectural renovations and new builds

• Hands-on carpentry with team supervision responsibilities

• Clear pathway to a senior site leadership role for the right candidate

• 40 hours per week with overtime available

• Full-time permanent (6-month probationary period)

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Carpenter with a minimum of 4 years' experience

• Comfortable taking direction, giving it, and mentoring those around you

• Someone with an eye on growth — keen to develop their leadership skills over time

• Own vehicle with a current Australian driver's licence

• Own tools

• Neat presentation, strong communication and organisation skills

• Someone who takes genuine pride in their craftsmanship
