This role is with Madhouse Bakehouse - a growing food manufacturer producing products for major brands, foodservice customers and commercial partners across Australia.
They're looking for someone to help create the next exciting & delicious items.
You'll spend your days developing new baked goods, desserts and food concepts. Testing, tweaking & refining.
Patience is important - this isn't the instant gratification of a commercial kitchen where you finish 100 meals and go home. Sometimes you'll spend a month working through revisions before you finally nail it.
The role is incredibly creative, but it also requires commercial thinking. Many people can create something delicious - the challenge is creating something delicious, commercially viable and capable of being produced at scale.
You'll need to think about:
A successful product launch can generate hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue. The business is growing quickly, there are more opportunities than the current team can keep up with, and innovation is one of the biggest drivers of that growth.

The role is full-time, 8am-4pm & based on-site in Chullora.
