Our company has grown consistently over the last few years and now we’re searching for our next exceptional team member to join us as a Qualified Carpenter.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled carpenter who takes pride in their work and enjoys building high-quality, custom residential projects.

You will work across:
✔️ Architecturally designed custom homes
✔️ High-end renovations + extensions
✔️ Green Homes / energy-efficient builds
✔️ Small commercial projects
✔️ Outdoor living + alfresco builds when required

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to grow with us long-term.

What We’re Looking For

We want a team member who is:

> Trade-qualified with residential carpentry experience
> Confident with framing, cladding, fix-out + detailed finish work
> A problem solver - not afraid to think, troubleshoot and adapt
> Reliable, proactive and able to work both independently + in a team
> Someone who values craftsmanship + care in every detail
> Good communicator with pride in professionalism

Qualifications & experience

• Certificate 3 in Carpentry

• 4 years post apprenticeship experience: preferably in residential projects

• Drivers licence and own tools

• Cert IV or studying would be advantageous 

Tasks & responsibilities

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Strong work ethic

• Problem solving skills

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans

• Good communication skills

• Willingness to work on your strengths and weaknesses
