Winery Maintenance Technician (Mechanic)

Andrew Peace Wines is a large agricultural and wine business based near Swan Hill. We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician / Mechanic to join our maintenance team, working from a well-equipped onsite workshop.

About the Role

You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a diverse fleet of winery equipment and agricultural vehicles to ensure reliability and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Service vehicles and equipment in line with schedules

• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs

• Perform preventative maintenance

• Complete major repairs, including engine rebuilds

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop

• Accurately record maintenance activities

• Work both independently and as part of a team

About You

• Fully qualified Diesel Mechanic (or similar trade)

• Experience with agricultural or industrial machinery

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• High attention to detail and strong work ethic

• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends if required

• Positive, reliable, and self-motivated

Desirable

• Experience with a mixed fleet in an agricultural setting

• Diagnostic software experience

• Forklift and/or Heavy Rigid Licence
