Bozmac towing equipment is seeking an experienced and motivated spray painter to join our manufacturing team in Hervey Bay. As a leading Australian manufacturer of tow trucks and towing equipment we pride ourselves on producing high quality products and maintaining exceptional workmanship standards.

This hands-on role involves preparing, painting and finishing tow truck cabins, bodies and components and equipment to a high standard. You will work as a part of a skilled team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include but not limited to, surface preparation including sanding, masking and priming. Mixing and matching paint colours. Spray painting truck cabins, bodies, components and equipment. Inspecting finished work to ensure high quality standards are met. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Working collaboratively with fabrication and assembly teams.

Applicants should have 3-5 years of automotive or commercial spray painting experience and hold Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair or be a 4th year apprentice.

Experience with heavy vehicles or truck painting is preferred but not essential.
