Electrician

About the role

As an Electrician at Ben Walsh solar and electrical, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components in both residential and commercial properties. This full-time role is based in Leeton, NSW 2705, and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company committed to providing quality electrical services to the local community.

What you'll be doing

1. Performing electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of electrical systems and components

2. Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues to identify and resolve problems

3. Interpreting and following electrical drawings, schematics, and building plans

4. Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards

5. Providing excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and responding to their needs in a timely manner

6. Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used

7. Collaborating with other tradespeople to coordinate project activities and achieve successful outcomes

What we're looking for

1. A valid Electrician's license and relevant trade qualifications

2. Extensive experience in residential and commercial solar work, including installations, repairs, and maintenance

3. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues

4. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to working safely and in compliance with industry standards

5. Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and work collaboratively with other tradespeople

6. Dedication to providing high-quality, customer-focused service
