About the Role

As a Leading Hand Landscaper, you will assist in delivering high-quality landscape construction projects while helping coordinate site activities, maintain quality standards and support the wider construction team.

Responsibilities include:
• Landscape construction and site supervision
• Operating excavators, skid steers and other machinery
• Reading and interpreting construction plans
• Coordinating labour and subcontractors on site
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
• Assisting with project delivery and scheduling
• Contributing to a positive team culture

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 3 years landscape construction experience
• Current White Card
• Current driver’s licence
• Strong understanding of landscape construction techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Highly Desirable Qualifications & Experience

• Excavator ticket and experience
• Skid Steer / Bobcat ticket
• Loader ticket
• MR or HR Truck Licence
• First Aid Certificate
• Traffic Management tickets
• Chainsaw qualifications
• Experience operating a range of construction machinery
• Pool construction experience
• Civil construction experience
• Irrigation and drainage experience
