💰 What’s In It for You

Competitive Salary: $115K – $130K + super (depending on experience)
Financial Rewards: $5,000 sign-on bonus (after 12 months) + $5,000 loyalty bonus (at 5 years)

💡 What You’ll Be Doing

Performing routine inspection, testing, and maintenance (AS1851) with precision
Servicing, fault-finding, repairing, and commissioning dry fire systems
Working across fire panels, detection/evacuation systems, and smoke/heat detection
Completing electronic job sheets and compliance documentation—tidy work, every time
Servicing the Sydney region as our local expert
Participating in the on-call roster (1 week per quarter) with paid allowance and call-out rates

💪 What You’ll Bring

Qualifications: NSW Electrical Licence and a valid manual driver’s licence
Experience: Proven track record with fire panels, dry fire systems, and AS1851 standards
Skills: Sharp diagnostics, meticulous documentation, and great communication with clients
Essentials: White Card and the ability to pass police/WWCC/site checks as required (FPAS is a bonus!)
Mindset: You take ownership of your work, look after your tools, and back your teammates

📍 Location

This is a Sydney or Central Coast -based role.
While our service corridor spans from Wollongong to Newcastle, we specifically need a technician based in Sydney or the Central Coast to cover those two core areas to service our growing portfolio of clients.
