About the Role
We’re looking for a qualified Industrial Electrician / Electrical Fitter Mechanic to join our installation and service team based in Toowoomba.
This is a hands-on role offering a strong mix of workshop and field work across regional Queensland and Northern NSW. You’ll be involved in the building, installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of grain aeration and automation systems on farms and commercial grain storage facilities.
The role includes:
Installation and commissioning of automation systems
Electrical fit-out of custom control cabinets and switchboards
Three-phase motor control and generator integration work
Fault finding, servicing, and maintenance
Workshop-based electrical assembly and system preparation
Regional on-site installation projects across agricultural environments
Approximately half of your time will be workshop-based, with the remainder spent on-site throughout regional areas.
This role suits someone who enjoys practical problem solving, variety in their work, regional travel, and working with industrial automation systems in real-world applications.

About You
We’re open to applicants from a range of backgrounds, including industrial electricians, agricultural electricians, recently qualified tradesmen, or domestic electricians looking to transition into industrial and automation work.
To be considered, you should hold:
QLD Electrical Licence
White Card
Current manual driver’s licence
You’ll also be:
