About the role:

Responsible for maintaining and repairing plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations. You’ll work closely with production to minimise downtime and keep machinery running reliably. Mon–Fri 5:30am–2:30pm + OT, shifts, and call-outs as required

What you will be responsible for:

  • Fault finding, repairs, and preventative maintenance
  • Maintain safety standards and complete daily inspections
  • Support TPM and record all maintenance work
  • Minimise downtime with production teams
  • Manage spare parts and replace defective components
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and LOTO procedures
  • Liaise with suppliers and support cost control
  • Maintain strong housekeeping standards


Requirements

  • Mechanical trade or strong hands-on experience
  • Hydraulics and pneumatics experience
  • Welding experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of TPM and preventative maintenance
  • Strong teamwork and reliability
