One 4 All Services is an established Brisbane maintenance and trades business looking after strata-managed properties right across the city. We handle the lot — building, roofing and general repairs — and our carpentry work has grown to the point where we need another qualified chippy to take it on. This is a hands-on repairs and maintenance role, not new-build production work: you'll be diagnosing problems and fixing them properly across a real variety of sites.
What you'll be doing
Carpentry repairs and maintenance across strata properties — doors, windows, frames, stairs, balustrades, decking, fences and gates
Timber repair and replacement, including water- and rot-damaged work
Minor building and structural repairs as they come up
Sizing up jobs on site and getting them done right the first time
Dealing professionally with strata managers and residents
Keeping your work areas safe, clean and compliant
What you'll need
Certificate III in Carpentry (trade qualified)
Current White Card
Current Queensland driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
Your own tools and smartphone
Solid experience in repairs and maintenance, not just new builds
Experience level for repairs and maintenance work is flexible based on candidate suitability
The ability to work unsupervised, problem-solve and make sensible calls on the spot
A good, respectful manner with residents and clients
The right to work in Australia
What's in it for you
$50–$55/hr depending on experience — well above award
Part-time hours with a steady, established pipeline of work
Genuine variety — every site and job is different
A small, no-nonsense team where your work is noticed and you're trusted to get on with it
