About the role

Car Servicing and You Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Motor Mechanic to join our friendly and skilled team in Ormond, VIC. We are also an authorised roadworthy and tyre centre. This is a full-time role, offering competitive remuneration and the opportunity to work in a well-established automotive services business.

What you'll be doing

Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex mechanical issues
Performing scheduled service work to manufacturer specifications
Tyre fitment and Wheel alignments
Roadworthy Inspections
Utilising specialist tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard
Providing exceptional customer service and quality repairs
Maintaining detailed records of work carried out
Supporting the workshop supervisor with other duties as required

What we're looking for

Formal qualification in Automotive Mechanics or a related field
Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified Motor Mechanic
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Good communication skills and customer service orientation
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Current driver's licence and your own reliable transport
Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
