Lanbuild is seeking experienced, trade-qualified Carpenters to join our growing team. We offer something that's not common in the industry, a 9-day fortnight, giving you an extra day off every second week while still working full-time hours.

You'll work on a variety of building maintenance, infrastructure, and commercial projects across the Gold Coast, with occasional work in Brisbane and the Northern Rivers. If you take pride in quality workmanship and want long-term stability, we want to hear from you.

Role Responsibilities:

· Perform building & carpentry tasks across multiple sites

· Handle repairs, maintenance, renovations, and new works – both residential and commercial

· Work both independently and as part of a team

· Ensure high standards of quality and client satisfaction

· Assist with materials delivery and site preparation

· Competitive hourly rate (Circa $50 hour depending on experience)

We're Looking For:

· Cert III in Carpentry (minimum 4 years' experience post apprenticeship)

· Skills in plastering, tiling, caulking, paving, concreting (a bonus)

· Own vehicle, PPE, and tools

· Strong work ethic, reliability, and problem-solving ability

· Able to work both independently and as part of a team

· Current driver's licence

· Commitment to WH&S standards & business systems
