Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance and emergency repairs on plumbing systems in strata buildings.

• Diagnose plumbing issues in common areas and individual units.

• Conduct inspections, maintenance, and upgrades to plumbing systems as required.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and plumbing codes.

• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including materials used and time spent.

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and property managers.

• Assist with general plumbing tasks as needed.

• Installing a range of plumbing systems with precision.

• Periodical cleans such as gutter, hot water, storm water, sewer, pump cleans and repairs.

• Able to to identify complex plumbing issues along with being able to verbally explain the issue and turn it into a detailed written investigation report.

• A well seasoned senior plumber that knows the ins and outs about plumbing and has confidence in his work and knowledge.

• An apprentice will be allocated to you once in a while to train.

• Is happy to be a team player as each technician is required to be on the After Hours roster when it is their week.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Plumber with a valid plumbing, LP Gas fitting and Roof licence.

• Drivers License 

• Experience in strata maintenance or residential plumbing is very essential.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including water, gas, drainage, and stormwater.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues quickly and efficiently.

• Good communication skills with property managers, residents, and team members.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

• White card and relevant safety certifications essential.

• Must have more then 6+ years of experience being a fully qualified tradesmen and plumber.
