Full-Time & Casual positions available for reliable, self-motivated individuals to join our reputable and fast-growing Indoor Plant Hire company, based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
Highly Paid hourly rate ($38.00 to $55.00 p/hr; 24 to 40 hours per week) + Super + Bonus with supplied Company Van & Mobile to work 5 days per week (Monday to Friday; 8AM to 4PM.) OR a minimum of 3 days per week.
For experienced candidates with a minimum of 2 years' experience in 'Indoor Plant Hire' or related Landscaping industry can be offered a Senior Manager position with a package from $90K to $110K (depending on experience). This role also provides leadership and operational responsibility within a growing team.
We are also seeking an experienced Florist or Landscaping Designer to deliver creative interior landscaping design solutions for our clients.
Your duties will include:
Delivery and collection of indoor plants and planters
Ongoing plant maintenance, watering, pruning, and general care
Ensuring stock levels and plant presentation meet our quality standards
Servicing corporate offices across the Sydney metropolitan area during business hours

Have a good sense of direction and confidence driving around Sydney

Possess common sense, practical skills, and a willingness to learn
Present professionally with a friendly, approachable personality
