Macadamia Farm Management is seeking a motivated Boilermaker to join our innovative workshop team. You’ll play a key role building, maintaining, and improving machinery that supports one of Australia’s leading macadamia operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabricate and weld farm implements, machinery, and infrastructure
  • Repair and maintain trailers, harvest equipment, and structural components
  • Perform preventative maintenance on fabricated assets
  • Design and modify equipment to improve efficiency
  • Provide on-site breakdown support when required

What You’ll Bring

  • Trade qualification in Boilermaking (or extensive relevant experience)
  • Strong work ethic and problem-solving ability
  • Commitment to safe work practices
  • Current Australian driver’s licence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly Regarded: Experience in agriculture, heavy machinery, or rural environments.
