Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Carpenter with extensive experience and a Certificate III in Carpentry. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various carpentry tasks, ensuring high standards of workmanship, and contributing to the successful completion of our projects including maintenance of existing commercial and residential investments
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform carpentry tasks.
· Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
· Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, and cabinets.
· Conduct inspections as part of existing maintenance program for group.
· Prepare and complete job costings and budgets for maintenance projects above general repairs allowance.
· Complete all required construction and general carpentry tasks as instructed
· Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
· Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:
· Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent trade)
· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
· Current Valid Drivers License
· Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Good physical condition and stamina.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
