Maintenance Plumber – Sydney

Reactive Plumbing is growing and we're bringing on another plumber for our Sydney team. If you want consistent work, a well-run schedule, and to actually be paid what you're worth — this one's for you!

Where you'll be working

We cover the Sydney Metro area including the Hills District, North Shore, Sutherland and Western Sydney

Jobs are allocated close to where you live — no pointless driving. Your day will be structured, full, and planned:

· Pre-booked jobs ready each morning

· Minimal travel between jobs (wherever possible), obviously some emergencies can’t wait

· Good job runs that flow

What the work looks like:

On the day to day, you'll be handling:

· General maintenance plumbing and fault finding

· Blocked drains, leaks, and hot water systems

· Emergency and reactive call-outs

· Honest recommendations and quality workmanship with straight forward pricing

· Leaving every site clean and the every customer looked after every single time

Every day's different. The standard is: do the job right the first time.

Pay & perks!

Very competitive hourly rate plus, overtime available at penalty rates plus great monthly performance earning incentives. Giving all our technicians the potential to earn well over $150,000 per year. Some of our greatest earning between $200,000 to $300,000.

What we need from you:

• A great attitude with a growth mindset

• Cert III or IV in Plumbing

• Current drivers license and white card

• Full working rights in Australia

You need to be reliable, self-sufficient, and someone customers are happy to see at the door.
