Field Service Electrician

We are seeking multiple Field Service Electricians to join a growing national business servicing commercial food, hospitality, retail, and FMCG customers throughout South East Queensland. If you enjoy fault finding, problem solving, customer interaction, and working independently, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

The Role

As a Field Service Electrician, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, fault-finding and installing commercial food and beverage equipment at customer sites across your designated territory.
You'll work autonomously while being supported by an experienced service team, delivering high-quality technical solutions and exceptional customer service.
  
Your Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on commercial food equipment
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance across customer sites
• Install and commission new equipment
• Complete service reports and compliance documentation using mobile technology
• Manage spare parts inventory and vehicle stock
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide professional service
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with customer site requirements

  
About You

• Current Electrical Licence
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Service, maintenance, industrial or FMCG experience highly regarded
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Willingness to participate in an on-call roster

 
Rosters and Benefits

• Monday to Friday 38-hour week
• Flexible start times between 7:00am and 8:00am
• On-call roster: 1 week in every 4 weeks
• Weekly on-call allowance
• Minimum 4 hours paid at double time for all call-outs 
• Travel time to and from call-outs included in paid hours
