Carpenter – Maintenance & 2nd Fix

About the role

Torrens Facility Management is seeking an experienced Carpenter (Maintenance & 2nd Fix) to join our team, working across Adelaide and surrounding regional areas.

This role focuses on maintenance and upgrade works, with a steady flow of smaller jobs rather than large construction projects. You’ll be completing a variety of carpentry tasks including installations, repairs, and fit-offs across residential and facility-based projects.

This position is ideal for someone looking for consistent, local work with variety.

What you'll be doing

• Carry out maintenance and upgrade carpentry works across Adelaide and surrounding regional areas.

• Install doors, windows, skirtings, architraves and complete general 2nd fix carpentry

• Complete repairs, minor framing, and modification works

• Work alongside other trades to ensure jobs are completed efficiently

• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company standards
