Two great permanent opportunities available in Yatala:
✅ Day Shift – $50/hr
✅ Afternoon Shift (Fixed) – $57.50/hr
✅ Overtime available for both roles $75ph Saturdays & $100ph Sundays
Join a leading manufacturing business working with modern, sophisticated machinery in a highly automated plant operating 24/5.5. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with a skilled maintenance team to drive reliability, minimise downtime, and support continuous improvement across three production lines.
You’ll be part of a close-knit crew of 21 permanent trades (electrical & mechanical) plus a supervisor, in a workplace known for its strong culture and support.

Breakdown, preventative, and routine maintenance
Fault finding and troubleshooting plant equipment
Repairs, servicing, and continuous equipment improvement
Updating and improving preventative maintenance plans
Supporting reliability and improvement projects
Maintaining strong OH&S standards and safe work practices
QLD A Grade Electrical Licence (essential)
Minimum 2 years industrial electrical maintenance experience
Automation and control experience including fault finding on VSDs & PLC systems (Siemens S7 preferred)
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting ability
Reliable, punctual, and able to work autonomously
Safety-focused with good risk management awareness
FMCG / food manufacturing experience highly regarded
Packaging equipment experience desirable
Team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
