About the Role
Bennco Group is seeking an experienced FIFO Painter to support recently awarded construction works across the Pilbara and remote WA.
Roster: 2:1
Location: West Pilbara Village / Brockman
Job Details
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Painter with strong trade capability and a commitment to safe, high-quality work in a site-based environment.
Prerequisites
Trade Certificate in Painting
Construction White Card
Minimum 5 years post-trade experience
Rio Tinto/Sodexo site experience (essential)
Basic trade tools
C class licence
Role Requirements
Proven experience in your trade
Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently or in a team
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Positive, proactive attitude with clear thinking
Commitment to quality work and all HSEQ standards
Ability to meet FIFO or site-based role demands
Role Responsibilities
Surface preparation, priming, sealing, and finishing
Application of protective coatings in accordance with site specifications
Safe operation of painting tools and equipment
Maintaining clean, organised work areas
Completing daily pre‑starts, JHAs, and safety documentation
Working collaboratively with supervisors and other trades
Ensuring all work meets quality and compliance standards
