About the Role

Bennco Group is seeking an experienced FIFO Painter to support recently awarded construction works across the Pilbara and remote WA.

Roster: 2:1

Location: West Pilbara Village / Brockman

Job Details

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Painter with strong trade capability and a commitment to safe, high-quality work in a site-based environment.

Prerequisites

  • Trade Certificate in Painting

  • Construction White Card

  • Minimum 5 years post-trade experience

  • Rio Tinto/Sodexo site experience (essential)

  • Basic trade tools

  • C class licence

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience in your trade

  • Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently or in a team

  • Strong communication and problem solving skills

  • Positive, proactive attitude with clear thinking

  • Commitment to quality work and all HSEQ standards

  • Ability to meet FIFO or site-based role demands

Role Responsibilities

  • Surface preparation, priming, sealing, and finishing

  • Application of protective coatings in accordance with site specifications

  • Safe operation of painting tools and equipment

  • Maintaining clean, organised work areas

  • Completing daily pre‑starts, JHAs, and safety documentation

  • Working collaboratively with supervisors and other trades

  • Ensuring all work meets quality and compliance standards
