About the Role

Metroflex is expanding, and we're on the hunt for experienced Waterproofers to join our growing team. Our Head Office is based in Prestons, however we have opportunities for our 2 sites in:

• Cronulla

• City CBD (Must be Ardex Accredited and have previous experience with Ardex liquid membranes)

We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work and can represent Metroflex professionally on site.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Apply internal and external liquid waterproofing systems

• Work in line with Australian Standards

• Follow all site safety rules and OH&S regulations

What We’re Looking For

✅ Minimum 12–18 months of hands-on waterproofing experience, experience with ARDEX products is highly desirable
✅ Strong work ethic and reliable, punctual attitude
✅ Ability to work independently and in a team
✅ White Card / OHS General Induction Card
