About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and autonomous Electrician to join our growing team. This is a diverse, hands-on role that involves leading small to medium-sized projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to the highest industry standards.

While our work is predominantly based within the Perth metropolitan area, there may be occasional travel required for projects within WA.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Deliveries: Heading electrical and security installations across residential, commercial, and civil sectors.
Project Management: Effectively managing site requirements, materials, and project timelines.
Mentorship: Providing guidance, support, and on-the-job training to electrical apprentices.
Safety & Quality: Upholding strict safety protocols while maintaining immaculate, high-quality finishes.

Requirements & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a Perth-based professional with a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and a positive "can-do" attitude.

Experience: Minimum 5 years post-apprenticeship experience across residential, commercial, or civil environments.
Licensing: Current Unrestricted WA A-Grade Electrical Workers License.
Driving: Current Manual C-Class Driver’s License.
Safety: Construction Industry White Card, with the ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen.
Status: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Highly Regarded (but not essential):

Current WA Security Installer / Consultant License (highly preferred)
Open Communications License
Current First Aid, CPR, and LV Rescue certificates
Working at Heights & Elevated Work Platform (EWP) / Yellow Card
