Salter Cabinets is seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker, Installer and CNC Machinist to join our team in Jandakot, Western Australia. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for the fabrication and installation of high-quality custom cabinetry for residential and commercial clients.
What you'll be doing
Fabricating cabinets, furniture and other custom woodwork according to design specifications
Installing cabinets and other woodwork at client sites
Ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
Collaborating with the design team to achieve the desired aesthetic and functional outcomes
Maintaining tools and workshop equipment in good working order
Providing exceptional customer service throughout all project stages
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a cabinet maker and installer, preferably within the residential or commercial construction industry
Strong woodworking and cabinetry skills, including the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and the ability to work safely
