Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Painter and Decorator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and finishing to a high standard on various projects throughout Perth. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, and priming

• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to surfaces

• Repair and maintain interior and exterior surfaces

• Work with a variety of materials and tools to achieve desired finishes

• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure project specifications are met

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a painter and decorator

• Experience in both residential and commercial painting and decorating projects is required

• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• White Card (Construction Induction Training)

• Minimum 3-5 years of painting and decorating experience required

• Any valid Australian work visa is required for this position
