Minimum 2-3 years of landscaping experience is required for this position.

About the Role

You'll work closely with our landscaping team and apprentices on high-quality residential and commercial projects across Melbourne. Your day-to-day will include:

• Carrying out all aspects of landscape construction

• Delivering excellent results in hardscaping, softscaping, and planting

• Coordinating materials, tools, and site logistics

• Reading and interpreting plans and project specifications

• Communicating clearly with clients, suppliers, and management

• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience in landscaping

• Certificate III or IV in Landscaping/Horticulture (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of plants, construction methods, and materials

• Ability to work confidently from landscape plans and drawings

• Current driver's licence & White Card

• Machinery tickets (Excavator/Bobcat) are a bonus, not essential

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable, motivated, and committed to quality workmanship

• Takes initiative and works well independently and in a team

• Valid work visa or Australian work authorisation required
