HYDRONIC HEATING PLUMBER

About the role

Gem Group is seeking a skilled Hydronic Heating / Plumber to join our team in Ferntree Gully, VIC. As a full-time member of our growing organisation, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality plumbing and heating services to our residential clients.

What you'll be doing

• Installing, servicing and maintaining hydronic heating systems

• Carrying out general plumbing work such as pipe installations, repairs and maintenance

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing and heating system issues

• Providing excellent customer service and managing client relationships

• Adhering to all relevant safety and compliance standards

• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

What we're looking for

• Recognised plumbing qualifications and licences

• Experience in the installation, servicing of hydronic heating systems and general plumbing and drainage.

• Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills

• Commitment to safety and quality standards

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
