Plumber Gas Fitter

Miller Plumbing and Gas are currently seeking a qualified plumber/operator to join our team. This role is preferably residential but FIFO from Perth 2&1 will be considered.

Accommodation and LAHA supplied for FIFO

Accommodation subsidy provided for residential employees

We cover all aspects of mining, industrial and commercial plumbing

Residential role or FIFO - 50/60 hours per week Karratha Based

This is a casual role with potential of full time employment for the right candidate

Tasks & responsibilities

• Mining onsite works

• Fire main installations

• Poly welding

• Small civil works

• Domestic and commercial plumbing

• Gas fitting and fault finding

• Blocked drains

• Sewer replacements

• Water main renewals

• Hot water replacements and new installs

• Servicing taps and toilets

• Burst pipes

• Renovations

Qualifications & experience

• Currently a WA qualified plumber

• WA Gas fitter licence - desirable

• Rio Tinto inducted - desirable 

• Backflow testing desirable

• Poly welding experience

• Experience in domestic and commercial plumbing

• CCTV and jetting experience

• White card

• Manual drivers licence

• Own hand tools and battery kit

• Hr license - desirable

• Excavator and skid steer license - desirable

• Fit for manual intensive labour and ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
