About The Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our state-of-the-art collision repair facility. This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in precision workmanship and delivering repairs to exacting manufacturer standards. You will play a critical role in restoring high-value vehicles to pre-accident condition while upholding the quality, safety, and finish expected of luxury automotive brands.

 

In this role you will:

•         Carry out high-quality panel repairs on prestige and luxury vehicles

•         Repair vehicle bodies to manufacturer and OEM specifications

•         Perform metal shaping, straightening, and replacement of damaged panels

•         Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods

•         Ensure repairs meet quality control, safety, and brand standards

•         Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and workshop teams

•         Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

•         Adhere strictly to workplace health and safety requirements

•         Follow dealership processes and manufacturer repair guidelines

 

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

•         Trade qualification as a Panel Beater

•         Previous experience working on prestige or luxury vehicles (highly regarded)

•         Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision workmanship

•         Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

•         Strong knowledge of modern repair techniques and materials

•         A proactive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic

•         Ability to read and interpret repair instructions and technical documentation
