We're excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled and motivated Workshop Mechanic / Service Technician Yatala branch.

If you enjoy working with a variety of machinery, diagnosing faults, and getting equipment back into action quickly and safely, this is a great opportunity to be part of a growing local team.

  • You'll be responsible for keeping our fleet running safely and efficiently, both in the workshop and out in the field:
  • Performing scheduled maintenance, inspections, diagnostics and repairs
  • Ensuring equipment is maintained in line with manufacturer, company and Australian standards
  • Building strong, professional relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams
  • Completing workshop-based duties and field service work when required
  • Working within company policies, procedures and systems
  • Maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality at all times

This role works Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm and is based out of our Yatala Branch.

What we're looking for

We're after a reliable tradesperson with strong mechanical skills and a practical, can-do attitude:

  • Mechanical trade qualifications (essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude with resilience and determination
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • A commitment to safety and quality workmanship
  • A valid driver's licence
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality; ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, and be self-motivated.
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment medical test, including drug and alcohol testing.
