Mechanical Workshop supervisor

Due to industry demand and business expansion, we're hiring a Mechanical Workshop Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Located at our Redhead NSW Office

4-day working week Mon - Thurs 6 am - 4 pm.

·         Supervise day-to-day operations of the workshop crew consisting of approximately 12-15 personnel.

·         Complete work plan by scheduling and assigning workshop staff, establishing priorities and monitoring progress

·         Ensure all tasks are carried out effectively and safely in accordance with the company OHSE policies and procedures

·         Lead daily Tool Box meetings

·         To actively seek solutions and make appropriate recommendations to improve quality, productivity and equipment performance

·         Monitor and manage the performance of staff

·         Reviewing procedures and instigating improvements

·         Monitoring and assisting apprentices

·         Reliability in planning, reporting, communicating and ensuring compliance with the company
