We're seeking an experienced Leading Hand/Electrician to join our team and help deliver projects that shape Victoria's future. This role offers the opportunity to lead skilled crews, coordinate daily site activities and work alongside experienced project teams in a business committed to excellence, safety and continuous growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and coordinating site crews

• Working alongside Supervisors and Project Managers to deliver projects safely and efficiently

• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and compliance

• Mentoring apprentices and junior electricians

• Coordinating materials, resources and daily site activities

• Ensuring works are completed in line with project schedules

• Promoting a strong safety-first culture

What We're Looking For

• Victorian A Grade Electrical Licence

• Current White Card

• Current Driver's Licence

• Previous Leading Hand or demonstrated leadership experience

• Commercial, industrial or infrastructure project experience

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Commitment to safety, quality and teamwork

Highly Regarded

• EBA project experience

• Data Centre experience

• Industrial installation experience

• EWP, Working at Heights and First Aid

• Experience coordinating large site crews
