Foreman – Cabinet Making / Kitchen Manufacturing

Coastal Designer Kitchens is a growing custom kitchen and joinery manufacturer known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman to join our team and play a key role in coordinating production, installation and project delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who is looking to expand their career. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to receive training in CAD drafting and design software, enabling them to better liaise between our design and production teams and contribute to continuous improvement across the business.

About the Role

Reporting directly to management, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising workshop operations and coordinating production schedules

• Managing and supporting factory and installation teams

• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to our quality standards

• Interpreting plans and specifications for production

• Coordinating materials, workflow and site requirements

• Maintaining workplace health and safety standards

• Working closely with designers, cabinet makers and installers

• Undertaking training in CAD software to assist with production drawings and technical communication

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Experience in cabinet making, joinery, kitchen manufacturing or a similar industry

• Previous supervisory or foreman experience

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

• Experience with CAD software is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
