About the Role

This position offers a diverse workload across residential and commercial projects, including:

• General electrical installations, maintenance, and fault finding

• Split system air conditioner installations and servicing

• Ducted heating and cooling systems

• Solar and battery installations

• Switchboard upgrades and testing

• Electrical maintenance and repairs

• Working directly with customers and builders

• Mentoring apprentices and supporting team development

No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to broaden your skills across multiple sectors of the industry.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Current A Grade Electrical Licence

• Current Driver's Licence

• White Card

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Professional presentation and communication skills

• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service

Highly Regarded (But Not Essential)

• Experience with split systems or ducted heating and cooling

• Refrigerant Handling Licence

• Solar accreditation or solar installation experience

• Battery storage experience

• Working with Vulnerable People registration

• Experience leading projects or supervising apprentices
