The role
We’re looking for an experienced Machinist / Welder / Maintenance Fitter to join our Casino team. This is a hands-on, full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, keeping equipment running, and working in a business that values reliability, teamwork and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving the plant and equipment that keeps our operation moving safely and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

• Carry out machining, welding and maintenance across a range of processing equipment

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues

• Complete preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability

• Fabricate, modify and install parts and equipment as needed

• Maintain clear maintenance records and follow site procedures

• Work to high safety, quality and housekeeping standards

What we're looking for

• Relevant trade qualifications, such as Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade

• Experience as a Machinist, Welder or Maintenance Fitter in manufacturing, food processing or a similar environment

• Strong fault-finding, problem-solving and mechanical repair skills

• Welding capability across MIG, TIG and stick

• A team-first attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to engage in a flexible rotating roster, with shared weekend coverage contributing to team success

• A strong focus on safety, quality and attention to detail

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
