Senior Commercial Maintenance Plumber

TD Wright Plumbing & Maintenance Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated & experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber for works within Melbourne CBD and Metropolitan areas.

TD Wright Plumbing & Maintenance undertakes a variety of Commercial Plumbing Maintenance services to large & small office buildings, aged care facilities, industrial, retail & healthcare sites.
 

The position includes on-call and additional available over time work at above industry award rates.

Applicants must hold current Plumbing Registration or Licence and be experienced in commercial plumbing maintenance.

Knowledge of Thermostatic Mixing Valves/Tempering valves, Ratio & Backflow servicing are preferred however if you have the right attitude we can happily provide training. 

Levels of experience with the following tasks are ideal but not essential;

• CCTV Drainage Inspection Including Location Devices.

• Clearing Drain Blockages (including use of mechanical means)

• Hot Water Servicing

• Cistern & Flush-o-Meter Servicing

• Roofing Fault Finding & Rectification.

• Programmed Preventative Maintenance.

The applicant must be able to work unsupervised, be well presented, have good client communication skills, fault finding and solution capabilities. Senior & experience preferred.
Vehicle, Mobile Phone, Uniform and PPE provided.

Willingness to undertake Police Check.

Above award wages provided as per Modern Plumbing Award 2010 (38 hour working week). RDO's & other options available. 

Job Type: Full-time (Both reactive & static positions available)

Salary: $90,000.00 upto $150,000.00 /year
