Inline IM services and maintains industrial machinery for clients across NSW. We're looking for an experienced casual mechanical fitter to join us on a flexible, as-needed basis across Sydney sites.

About the role

This is casual work that suits someone who wants steady, varied jobs without being tied to one site. You'll be servicing and repairing industrial machinery, carrying out mechanical installs and removals, and supporting planned and breakdown maintenance for a range of clients.


What you'll be doing

  • Servicing, repairing and overhauling industrial and production machinery

  • Mechanical installation, alignment and removal of plant and equipment

  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out breakdown repairs

  • Reading and working from technical drawings and schematics

  • Working safely on client sites and following site inductions and procedures


What you'll need

  • Trade qualification as a mechanical fitter (Certificate III or equivalent)

  • Proven experience in industrial or production maintenance

  • Strong fault-finding and hand skills

  • White Card and a current driver's licence

  • Reliable, able to work autonomously and communicate clearly with clients

  • Specific tickets such as EWP, forklift, working at heights, or confined space will be specified per job as required

  • Must have valid Australian work rights
