With over 30 years of experience, MiSolutions Group delivers Electrical, Communications, and Security Cabling solutions across Queensland and New South Wales. Operating from offices based in Brisbane and Bundaberg.

Our technicians gain exposure to unique and exciting systems rarely seen in standard trade roles, including our in-house technologies such as MiConnect IP Alert Systems, as well as RF wireless emergency systems. These projects span government, education, healthcare, mining, correctional facilities, along with major commercial sites, offering real variety and technical depth.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a MiSol technician, you will:

• Install and maintain electrical, communications, and security cabling solutions

• Lead and take ownership of your work

• Read and interpret technical drawings

• Complete project documentation using Simpro and other digital platforms

• Contribute to project productivity and customer satisfaction

• Manage tools, materials, and site resources

• Maintain high standards of safety and quality across all works

What We're Looking For

• Relevant licence or registration for your discipline

• Valid open QLD Driver's Licence and Construction White Card

• Blue Card or ability to obtain; Police Clearance required

• Minimum 2 years commercial experience preferred

• A good attitude
