About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced Boilermaker to join our team. This role involves the fabrication, assembly, repair, and maintenance of steel and metal components, working from engineering drawings and specifications in both workshop and site settings. 

You will be part of a supportive team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Fabrication and welding of steel components to drawings and specifications 

  • MIG, TIG and Stick welding to approved procedures 

  • Structural, mechanical and general fabrication works 

  • Repairs and maintenance of plant, equipment, and structures 

  • Participation in shutdowns, breakdowns, and site works 

  • Adhering to quality, safety, and site compliance requirements 

  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and housekeeping 


About You 

  • Trade qualified Boilermaker (Cert III Engineering – Fabrication or equivalent) 

  • Proven fabrication and welding experience 

  • Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings 

  • Competent in common welding processes (MIG predominantly) 

  • Safety‑focused, reliable, and detail oriented 

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team 

  • 8G Certification or willing to complete in house certification

  • White Card (mandatory) 

  • Comfortable working in workshop and site environments
