The Opportunity

We are currently seeking motivated Electricians to join our Prominent Hill and Carrapateena Operations located in South Australia.

 

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Electricians with an unrestricted WA Electrical Worker’s Licence, or equivalent interstate licence

• Previous underground hard‑rock mining experience (preferred but not required)

• Manual C Class driver’s licence

• Strong knowledge of AS/NZS 3000 Wiring Rules

• Ability to perform high‑quality electrical installations up to 1000V AC

• Experience with scheduled maintenance, fault finding, statutory testing and inspections on underground infrastructure and mobile equipment

• Experience installing and maintaining underground electrical and communication reticulation systems, including leaky feeder

• High Voltage Switching (highly regarded)

• Experience with underground mobile equipment (Sandvik and/or Epiroc advantageous)

• Current Senior First Aid, CPR & Low Voltage Rescue (preferred but not essential)
