High-End Solar & Battery Installs | $100k–$180k+ OTE + Bonuses + $5k to Join | Gold Coast 

Annual Salary Range: $100,000–$180,000+ depending on experience and role level 

Energy Solution Centre is expanding and looking for Qualified Electricians with Solar and Battery Tickets to join our premium install team on the Gold Coast. We are also accepting Qualified Electricians, who are keen to enter into the Renewable Energy Industry!

This is not volume work.
This is not rushed installs.
This is high-end residential and light commercial solar and battery work, delivered properly.
Sick of rushed jobs, messy warehouses, long drives and being thrown under the bus?
This is a proper setup, built to support installers – not burn them.

The Work

You will be leading or working within a crew delivering premium solar and battery systems.

• Residential systems: 8kW – 20kW
• Light commercial systems: 20kW – 100kW+
• High battery integration – Tesla Powerwall, Sigenergy, Sungrow, GoodWe
• Crews of 3–5 installers with apprentice support
• Gold Coast based – minimal travel

Role Flexibility & Career Path

We are open to structuring this role based on your experience.

Opportunities include:

• Lead Accredited Installer
• Senior Electrician within a crew
• 3rd and 4th year Apprentice Electricians may apply! 

Your package will reflect your experience, leadership level and preferred responsibility.

Hours & Lifestyle

• Standard hours 6am – 3pm variable
• Optional weekend installs available for extra $$$
• Structured scheduling – no chaos, no reshuffling
