The Opportunity
We're looking for a full-time Refrigeration Mechanic to join our Mount Isa team. You'll work on domestic, industrial and commercial air-conditioning systems, with a strong focus on regular maintenance of government HVAC facilities—meaning consistent, year-round work.

What You'll Bring

  • Relevant licences: QLD Restricted Electrical Worker, QBCC Occupational Licence, Refrigerant Handling Licence

  • Recent, hands-on industry experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of recent industry experience is required

  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Australian Standards

  • A positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality work

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding service outcomes

  • Current QLD manual driver's licence
