🌱 About the Role

This position combines hands-on electrical work with mentoring and guidance of apprentices across commercial and industrial projects.

You will:

Deliver high-quality electrical installations, maintenance and fault finding
Work alongside apprentices, supporting their technical growth and confidence
Lead by example in safety, professionalism and workmanship
Help create a positive, respectful site culture
Communicate openly with clients and team members

You won’t be expected to “manage paperwork all day” — this is about practical leadership and steady guidance on the tools.

👷 Who We’re Looking For

Current QLD Electrical Licence
Commercial and/or industrial experience
A calm, patient approach to teaching
Strong safety standards
Pride in workmanship
A team-oriented mindset

You don’t need formal training qualifications — just the right attitude and a genuine interest in helping apprentices become capable, confident tradespeople.
