Electrician / Technician Role

We are looking for a security equipment install technician. We feel an electrician can easily transfer his or her skills to our industry and, within a short amount of time, be trained in the security industry.

To be considered for these positions, you will be required to perform the following:

• Installation, servicing and programming of all Security, CCTV, Access Control and other associated equipment

• Commissioning, including diagnoses, fault-finding, and repairing faults in security equipment.

• Attending different customer sites to provide reactive service & proactive maintenance work

• Updating customer and company records

• Installations of small, medium and large projects

• Delivering and maintaining projects to a high standard

• Liaising with clients to understand requirements

Essential Skills;

• The ability to learn new technologies and adapt is a must

• You will require initiative and attention to detail

• Passion for new technology and electronics

• Drivers License

• Ability to obtain a security license

The skills below will be HIGHLY REGARDED but not essential;

• EWP Operator License – Yellow Card

• IT Skills

• Construction Induction– White Card
